Learning something new daily. Using recent technologies. Possibility to speak with people from varied countries.
Maybe just the salary to be a little bit higher.
Flexible working hours
You can either work early in the morning or late in the evening, only restrictions being some meetings scheduled at some concrete hours. You can do your work when you feel most inspired for it, not strictly from 9 to 17 o'clock.
Opportunity to learn new things
On Java side, for example, Runecast uses latest LTS versions - 11 and 17, while many other companies are still using only Java 8. Also, Runecast is a lot about data crawling and normalization, which means that there are great AI and content engineers open to help to understand what a data oriented tool is.

Práci si můžete naplánovat podle sebe. Pokud si potřebujete něco během dne zařídit nebo si jít třeba zaběhat/na procházku se psem můžete. Pokud jste produktivní brzy ráno anebo pozdě večer záleží na vás, kdy budete pracovat. Vše je o komunikaci s týmem.
Opportunity to learn new things
Nejsme korporát a (zatím) nemáme přesné postupy a návody na všechno, a tak pokud máš nápad, jak vylepšit proces, komunikaci nebo návrh na novou aktivitu, kterou chceš vyzkoušet, stačí dát vědět kolegům a co-founderům, zjistit jejich pohled na věc a začít! Můžeš se učit praxí! Důležité je nebát se výzev a být zodpovědný.
