DIGITAAL je pro mě synonymem férového přístupu a práce na projektech, které mi dávají smysl. Oceňuji otevřenou komunikaci a flexibilní řešení problémů ze strany nadřízených. Spolupráce je postavena na důvěře a osobní zodpovědnosti každého člena týmu. Klient je vždy na prvním místě. Princip "work life balance" je zde uznávanou hodnotou.
Flexible working hours
Spolupráce funguje na dálku. Každý člen týmu si může vybrat dny i denní dobu, po kterou chce pracovat. Závazné jsou pouze stanovené termíny jednotlivých projektů.

Velmi inspirativní prostředí, různorodá práce, vtažení do řady unikátních projektů, možnost být u zrodu nových produktů a služeb. Kolegové jsou týmaři, vedení otevřené a férové.

V DIGITAALU. CZ se pracuje na principu zadaných úkolů, pokud je vše splněno nebo potřebuje zaměstnanec pracovat z domova...nebo na menší úvazek, vždy se dá dohodnout.

Opportunity to learn new things
Firma pracuje pre významné tuzemské ale i medzinárodné firmy. Zároveň ale dokáže pripraviť nabídku pre menšie, lokálne firmy a vytvára tak úplnú autenticitu pre každého klienta. A toto je niečo, čo sa dá naučiť práve v DGTL.
