Naučila jsem se spoustu nových věcí v oblasti financí o kterých jsem před nástupem do společnosti neměla ani tušení nebo mé znalosti byly velmi mylné. Dalo by se říci, že jsem byla finančně negramotná, přestože jsem zvyklá pracovat s penězi, mít rezervy, investovat atd...
Ano, ale není to "problém" společnosti. Jde spíše o nastavení a fungování ochodních partnerů a jejich metodik vyplácení provizí. V tomto směru je to hlavně na začátku o něco těžší. Když se ovšem vlak rozjede, pak to frčí a je to skvělá jízda.

Přístup na základě hodnot, fantastastický leadership, skvělé prostředí pro vzdělávání a růst, férové podmínky co se příjmu týče
Interní systémy, které sice byly dobře zpracované, ale dalo by se ještě více zapracovat na automatizaci (na čemž se i pracovalo)

Naučíte se v životě plánovat a cílit na konkrétní výsledky, naučíte se rozumět financím (opravdu nadstandardně), naučíte se pokládat správně otázky, komunikovat, a v neposlední radě i poznávat lidi kolem sebe a na základě toho s nimi komunikovat
