Společnost má velkou budoucnost, je stabilní, má výborný kolektiv a moderní zázemí se skvělým platem.
Top management je velkou a jedinou slabinou firmy. Neumí komunikovat s podřízenými, dodavateli, obchodními partnery na běžné lidské a obchodní úrovni. Pokud lidé z firmy hodně odcházeli a odcházejí, tak jenom kvůli vedení. Bohužel i proto velká fluktuace.
