Plat ale mělo to hodně podmínek abych dosáhla měsíčního platu s benefity a nesla domu se základní mzdou.
Nazývají se jednou velkou rodinou ale rodina jste do té doby dokud jste ticho a necháte si vše líbit. Nátlak na přesčasy, pracovní víkendy, o kterých nebyla řeč při pohovoru. Nekompetentní vedoucí, bez praxe, bez vědomostí o daném oddělení.

skvělý kolektiv, podpora osobního i kariérního růstu, investice do vzdělávání, dynamika fungování, férovost v jednání
vysoké nároky a občasné vyčerpání, ale člověk se u toho hodně naučí a posune

V této společnosti jsem dostala obrovskou šanci ukázat, co všechno znám, umím a jaké jsou mé silné stránky. Navíc velice oceňuji možnost neustálého vzdělávání se, nadřízení podporují mou snahu o zlepšení, rozšiřování zkušeností i seberozvoje.
