Employee benefits program

A business and profit driven company where all key decisions are subordinated to this, which is not always beneficial. Team leaders and managers are extremely busy and do not have enough time for their teams. The company is undergoing a transition to new systems, but unfortunately it has not adequately adjusted its capacity or leveraged experienced experts within its ranks. The overall atmosphere in the office is not very positive.

Complex tasks

A lot of manual work in Excel and with legacy systems; a high level of independence is required because team leaders are busy and not all processes are standardized. There is a lack of proper task prioritization, and communication can sometimes be complicated both between different companies within the group and, unfortunately, also between departments within a single company.

Práce s kolegy na oddělení a přímý nadřízený naprosto v pohoddě a super. Neřešily se zbytečnosti, důležitý byl výsledek. Dobré nastavení procesů.

Proces interního outsourcingu nebyl dobře připraven. Nikdo se nás jako předávajicí strany neptal co a jak děláme. Výsledkem bylo předávání seniorních činností novým zaměstnancům s téměr nulovou předchozí praxí. Manažeři problémy zlehčovali a posouvali projekt do dalších fází bez ohledu na to, že predhozí nebyly dokončeny. To způsobilo velikou fluktuaci a některé čínnosti jsme předávali několikrát, pokaždé někomu novému, protože předchozí zaměstnanec, často ve zkušení době, odešel.

Asahi is a new shared service center, and you can find many opportunities there

Communication with management was poor, and the processes were chaotic. Employees were completely overloaded. For our positions, Asahi offers a below-average salary, and managing working hours is not possible. While Asahi claims to provide flexible working hours, the reality is quite different, and this benefit is effectively unavailable
