Protože odvětví, v kterém firma podniká se nedá dělat tak, že Vám někdo stojí za zády. Po 2-3 měsíčním zaškolení je samostatnost ne dobrá, ale nutná. Podle svojí dodělané práce jsou po zásluze odměny.
