Výplata chodí včas
Neustálé slibování něčeho co se nikdy nestane. Místo stravenek které slibují roky zavedou pohyblivou složku z dříve pevně stanovené mzdy. Žádné benefity. Zaměstnavatel vám nikdy nedá nic navíc. V případě chyby vás ale velice rád potrestá. Řízení firmy jako celku je chaotické až absurdní

Každodenní ranní přivítání podáním ruky.
Absence systému, neustálé změny, žádné benefity, prémie a stravenky, byrokracie v oblasti nakupování potřebných dílů pro výrobu, sebestřednost ukrajinského vedení, služební vozy bez havarijního pojištění, nezbytná nutnost mít pojistku na blbost.

Obrovská byrokracie v oblasti nakupování potřebných dílů pro výrobu, zvláště spojovacího materiálu, příliš mnoho různých tabulek, které stejné problémy a práci nevyřeší.

Nejvíce si cením našeho týmu jako celku. Na pracovišti máme skvělý kolektiv, který drží při sobě, pomáhá si... Rádi se potkáváme i mimo práci.
