Nejvíc jsem si cenila asi svých kolegů, se kterými se mi dobře pracovalo a pracovní prostředí také nebylo špatné.
Nebyla jsem spokojena se zaměstnavatelem a celkově s výkonem této práce a určitých nároků, které byly vyžadovány (např. úklid toalet a celé prodejny - přestože jsem pracovala na pozici Barista a ne jako uklízečka)

Vše bylo vždy na účtě jak mělo.
Neumí jednat se svými zaměstnanci. Veškerou práci provozní prehazuji na všechny pracovníky, za veškeré nedostatky na provozovně jsou zaměstnanci kárani i když většina nedostatku plyne ze špatných pracovních podmínek. Přesčasy neumí ocenit ani finančně ani lidsky.
Complex tasks
Kromě psychického vypětí, je zde mnoho manuální práce.

Příjemný přátelský kolektiv.
Zlepšit by šel určitě přístup k zaměstnancům na jednotlivých pobočkách a tím vylepšit celkové klima ve firmě.
