Velmi klidné prostředí. Zázemí malé rodinné firmy s vybavením korporátní firmy. Velmi flexibilní vedení, jsme schopni rychle reagovat na situace v trhu. Máme sortiment zdravého životního stylu= jdeme s trendy trhu. Skvělá dostupnost u metra Smíchovské nádraží.
Z mého pohledu jsem spokojen se vším.

Nejvíce oceňuji velkou míru volnosti a důvěry, kterou mám ve svěřené práci. Je skvělé, že pokud mám dobrý nápad, je mi umožněno ho realizovat, a že mohu vidět, jak moje práce posouvá věci kupředu. Velmi si také cením home office a pěkného pracovního prostředí v kanceláři.
Občas je trochu náročné sladit různé pracovní styly kolegů, ale celkově týmová spolupráce funguje dobře a makáme na zlepšení.

Možnost využít home office dle potřeby. Různorodá a zajímavá náplň práce. Velký potenciál firmy.
Toxické pracovní prostředí. Neprofesionální chování. Hodně přesčasů. Nerespektování osobního života. Mikromanagement
