Pochopil jsem, že být "jen" programátor nestačí. Je potřeba být komplexním odborníkem s přesahem do dalších oborů a nelimitovat se jen na technickou část.
Často není příliš jasné, kam se bude ubírat další vývoj. Nejsou mi jasné příležitosti, kterých se mohu chopit.

I have the opportunity to learn something new every day (and that is not a phrase). Most importantly here I have the absolute safe space to do so and not be afraid to ask anybody anything. I love breakfast and lunches together and the fact I can go to the office or stay at home based on how I am currently feeling it. And very important to me is that I really have enough free time, when I don't think about work and can relax and recharge.
Because several team members are working remotely, I sometimes miss more team events, where we can all meet, talk and have fun.

Working for Canva is the job of my life. It suits me perfectly and I like everything. We have a great office in the city center with many perks like free beverages and free communal lunch every Wednesday. The main benefit is a hybrid way of working. You can work from home, and if you want, you can visit the office. Nothing like you have to visit the office every week or so, it's totally mandatory. And it's great, because it's beneficial to visit office from time to time.
Sometimes, you need to meet people from Australia, where time zones are more complicated. This is especially true during winter, when the time difference is 10 hours.

V Canvě pracuju na produktu, který sám (a rád) používám. Jako zaměstnavatel je Canva výborná, snaží se starat o zaměstnance, neřeší se byrokracie ani papírování.
