V Leuze je velmi dobrá atmosféra, je možné se spolehnout na vedoucí i kolegy a to, co se dohodne, platí. Velmi dobře hodnotím i možnost skloubení pracovního a rodinného života. Firma nabízí mnoho benefitů. Osobně vnímám jako nejdůležitější dobré a přátelské vztahy na pracovišti.
Firma roste, výzvou by mohlo být s přibývajícími zaměstnanci udržení rodinné atmosféry.
