Práce je velmi flexibilní. Dá se krásně skloubit se soukromým životem a dětmi. Nabízejí i částečné úvazky.

Oceňuji svobodu a flexibilitu. Ke každému zaměstnanci je individuální přístup, ale při tom se člověk cítí součásti jednoho velkého týmu.

Přátelské pracovní prostředí, které dává možnost prohlubovat odborné kompetence a velký prostor pro vlastní iniciativu. Výsledky práce jsou vidět brzy. Smysluplný produkt, na kterém je radost pracovat.
Možná by šlo více propojovat lidi, kteří pro Vitadio pracují vzdáleně, ať už v ČR nebo v zahraničí.

Mnohdy zjišťuji, že sama nevím, co vlastně vím. Nebo co zvládnu. V prostředí, ve kterém se člověk cítí bezpečně, se rovněž nejlépe rozvíjí.
Pracuji na částečný úvazek a negativa mě asi míjí.
