Skvela prace, kolegove, se kterymi spolupracuji jsou velmi schopni a vstricni. Nekdy neni vsechno jen super a ok, ale jedna se skutecne jen o jednotky dnu v roce. Ruku na srdce, kdo z nas ma kazdy den skvely? Nechtela bych pracovat jinde.
Jsme chranena dilna a stim nekdy souvisi snizene ambice danych OZP. Ovsem drtiva vetsina se opravdu zaclenit chce a nase firma jim tyto prilezitosti poskytuje.

Důvěra se zaměstnavatelem. Když se něco nepovede, upřímně to přiznám a domluvíme se. Příjemné pracovní prostředí. Práce mě baví.
Možná bych ocenila nějaká školení, abychom se mohli na své pozici zlepšovat, ale uvědomuji si, že by nebylo snadné to organizovat a zřejmě to nemá šanci na realizaci.
