Prostředí je moderní, čisté a příjemné. Je to sice open office, ale panuje zde klid. Je tu dobré zázemí, jen je třeba počítat s dojížděním na kole/docházením k firmě skrze Synthézia areál. Kolegové jsou přátelští a vždy rádi pomohou. Vedení je japonské, takže je potřeba počítat s jistými specifiky, ale firma funguje a v době krize udržovali jistotu zaměstnání. Komunikace převážně v AJ - možnost se v tomto ohledu rozvíjet.
Japonský styl řízení - komunikace výhradně přes vedoucí, velká kontrola ze strany vedoucích.

Výborný přátelský kolektiv - všichni si zde tykají. Náplň práce je zajímavá, laboratoře se stále rozšiřují o nové metody a přístroje. Nová budova je velmi dobře vybavena. Komunikace a řešení problémů probíhá převážně v přátelském duchu.
Doprava - je třeba počítat s cestou od brány Semtín Zone. Někdy bylo více přesčasů.

Jsme malá firma (zatím), panuje zde rodinná přátelská atmosféra, nikdo na nikoho nekřičí, děkujeme si mezi sebou, když se na něčem domluvíme tak to platí....
Zatím jsem na nic nepřišel, nic zásadního
