Kdyz se delaji prescasy a je hodne prace jsou i nejake premie navic(vyssi plat)Ochota prizpusobit se casove rodinam s detmi (prijit dyl nebo driv a driv odchazet). Asi vse s cim jsem spokojena.
Platove na 3 smeny málo,tolik maji lidi na 1 smenu. Lidi kteri sem nastoupi jsou platove na zakladu,po roce neco malo navic. Zauceni novych lidi nic moc a kdyz to clovek neumi jeden den tak je hned k nicemu. Psychicky natlak. Jen pro otrle jedince.
