Fajn kolektiv. Velmi zajímavý obor činnosti, firma se pohybuje mezi lídry v oblasti VR a simulátorů. Jde o mladou rychle se rozvíjející firmu bez svazujících korporátních pravidel.

Jde o mladou rychle se rozvíjející firmu, kde v učitých oblastech chybí pevná pravidla.

Flexible working hours

V našem týmu je nutné dorazit do kanceláře do 11:00. Nicméně v případě potřeby není problém dohodnout na některé dny homeoffice nebo pozdější příchod / dřívější odchod.

Opportunity to learn new things

Firma nehledá pracovníky s úzkou specializací ale spíš flexibilní lidi, kteří jsou schopní a ochotní se věnovat širokému spektru úkolů. Typicky jeden člověk vykonává práci, která by v jiných firmách náležela pracovníkům na několika různých pozicích.

I am happy because I am working with people I like and admire and I know we are all doing our best and supporting each other. We have arguments and there is a lot of work to do, but the only fights we have are about different views on how to improve things.

We need to do a lot of things, and very often there are tight deliveries, but I cannot complain.
