Flexibilní pracovní doba a možnost pracovat i z domova. Férové finanční ohodnocení. Dobrá atmosféra mezi nadřízenými a zaměstnanci. Možnost osobního rozvoje.
Minimální zaškolení. Na spousta věcí a postupů si musí člověk musí příjít sám, nastudovat, apod.

Pohodový tým Vše si říkáme na rovinu, ne jak v korporátu Můžu pracovat z domu (nebo odjinud) Volná pracovní doba Párkrát do roka vyrazíme do hor nebo dělat nějakou zajímavou aktivitu
Občas trochu chaos v tom co a jak se dělá - MapTiler je přeci jen pořád ještě start-up
