Domnívám se,že lidí v této oblasti je stále nedostatek,proto se jistě na mnoha filiálkách potácí s velkou fluktuací.Stěžejním je jistě fyzické zvládání,obzvlášť pro ženy.Muži,kteří by po této stránce zvládali práci lépe-těch tam vídám pramálo.Dalším aspektem je ohodnocení.Pokud má základ stejný Praha jako stč kraj,příjde mi to neadekvátní a ztrácí se tím motivace.Samotná práce s mentálními klienty mne naplňovala,snažila jsem se jim zajistit důstojný průběh,dívat se jejich očima a směrovat je tak dál v jejich prospěch,byla to má 2.zkušenost.Jistotu vnímám pro nenáročné a usedlejší zaměstnance,kteří se již nepotřebují nijak vyvíjet a mít nějaké ambice.
