Firemní auto na dojíždění ke klientům

Vedení, které chodí dlouho kolem horké kaše a nedokáže nic říct na rovinu.

Každý den se tam neděje to stejné, lidé potřebují různou péči.

Complex tasks

Jedná se o péči o seniory, která není každý den úplně stejná. Můžete se starat jak o soběstačné lidi, kteří potřebují třeba jen zajít nakoupit nebo o ležící, u kterých není práce úplně jednoduchá a kolikrát ji může znepříjemňovat ještě rodina.

Pochopila jsem, že slušnost a pracovitost není na prvním místě tohoto zaměstnavatele.

Se svým nadřízeným, který byl neprofesionální.

Práce s lidmi mě naplňovala, lidé jsou v domácím prostředí vstřícnější, náročné je to s příbuznými,ale s milým přístupem se vše dalo zvládnout dobře. Musela jsem odejít,nerada kvůli zdr.obtížím

Určitě lepší ohodnocení by bylo dobré
