Oceňuji atmosféru mezi kolegy a kolegyněmi, samozřejmě je stále co zlepšovat.
Někdy je větší tlak ze strany vedení na "katolizaci" našich "nevěřících" kolegů. To je moje největší prosba - neprovádějme apoštolát za každou cenu, nemysleme si, že když někdo není katolík, je špatný, anebo nemá skvělé vlastnosti a schopnosti. Ruku na srdce - často nám tito "vytřou zrak" svými myšlenkami, slovy i skutky...
