Firma, ve které se necítím jen jako pořadové číslo. Důležité záležitosti se řeší flexibilně, rychle a účelně. S problémem se mám vždy na koho obrátit. Jsem spokojeným zaměstnancem Slezské diakonie.

Stávající má pevné základy, na kterých se dobře staví, zlepšovat mohou i sami zaměstnanci.

Na práci ve Slezské diakonii mě baví kreativita zaměstnanců, různorodé, velmi přínosné projekty a příjemné pracovní prostředí. Na kolegy a tým, ve kterém pracuji se mohu spolehnout.

Přistup nadřízeného nebyl korektní, vše co mi chtěl sdělit ( ať chvála či kázání) šlo přes několik úst, a to se mi nelibilo.
