-vstřícná a ochotná mistrová, -flexibilní práce, -trénoval jsem nohy,ruce,oči,mozek, -příjemný ženský kolektiv, -stravenky za každý odpracovaný den.
-že tam nebyla klimatizace na hale, -ubrali skladníky co dovážely zboží ke kompletaci a odváželi hotový materiál, tak se ukazovali jen nutně,sporadicky a proto se tam pomalu nedalo občas moc hnout, -nařízená doba dovolené podle škodovky v Mladé Boleslavi (až 20 dní v roce)

Fajn kolegové.
Větší komunikace s podřízenými. Řešení větou " Už se o tom nebudeme bavit" není řešení. Komunikace nadřízeného s podřízeným 10x za rok je málo.

Kolikrát neférovosti a velký zmatek ohledně domluvy to tam bylo tak že záleželo po kompletní jste co chtěli někdy hned někdy to trvalo dyl
