Na to nemohu jednoznačně odpovědět. Firma s velkým potenciálem, který nevyužila.
Neprůhledná struktura firmy. Projekty nejsou dotažené do konce. Zastaralé aplikace.

Práce je to velmi náročná, ale zaměstnavatel je férový.
Práce byla na tu náročnost málo zaplacená.
Informal work atmosphere
Na tuto práci nepotřebujete oblek naštěstí.
Order and rules
Všechno se dělá každý den stejně stejnou metodou. Letáčky se musí roznést všechny a balíčky také.

ocenila jsem, když se mi podařilo mít pár minut na svačinu
zákazníci neměli volbu vyzvednout si zásilku přednostně, tudiž špatně fungující evidenční lístky, což se projevilo na náladě klienta, všeobecně stres z nátlaku vedení, nesmyslné pokyny ohledně svěřených cenin

Pracovala jsem u pošty a jejich právních předchůdců přes 25 let, na bezpečnosti i na investicích vždy kolegialita, tam jsem byla spokojená. Zhoršovalo se to od reorganizace v nákupu, změnou ve vedení před 8 lety a později.
pořádná restruktualizace, hlavně snížení počtu managerů
