Mohla jsem si naplánovat pracovní dobu podle svých potřeb.
Myslím si, že za odvedenou práci by mohli pracovníci dostávat větší plat.

Je stabilní zaměstnání, které se dá provozovat i brigádně pro lidi v důchodu.

Opportunity to work during studies
Brigádníci jsou pro ČP nejlepší variantou. Vědí, že brigádník nebude mít velké nároky a na druhou stranu on dostane dobrý plat a může si diktovat směny. Normální zaměstnanec je podřazen brigádníkovi.

Kolegové pomohly když bylo třeba.
Vedoucí. Částečně i kolegové. Jedna směna praská na druhou konzistentně.
Opportunity to work during studies
Pokud nemáte školu každý den můžete chodit na ranní směnu, případně pokud budete zvládat můžete chodit na noční. Upozorňuji že mluvím o depu v Malešicích a listovních službách.

Pravidelný příjem.
Tlak na prodej novin, časopisů, losů, obálek a nabízení co nejdražší služby. Při nesplnění plánů snížení pohyblivé částky mzdy.
