Oceňuji to, že se zde setkávám s pracovitými a slušnými lidmi, kteří jsou odborníky a vědí, co dělají.

Rychlý růst společnosti způsobuje, že v některých oblastech nejsou jasně nastavené pracovní procesy. Na druhou stranu to nabízí prostor pro vlastní nastavení a zavedení.

Možnost osobnostního rozvoje, fér jednání, rozmanitá práce, člověk se nenudí... :-)

Se mzdovou politikou, a s tím spojenou kvalitou nově příchozích zaměstnanců.

Z benefitů využívám s rodinou rekreaci ve Špindlerově Mlýně, buď v létě na kolech nebo v zimě na lyžích a je to prima.
