Benefity, využití cizího jazyka, samostatné kanceláře, intranet, vynikající a lidský přístup HR, výborná dopravní dostupnost.
Chaotické a neprofesionální řízení ze strany vrcholového managementu a určitá rozpolcenost, kdy pravá ruka neví, co dělá levá. Nejasná a chaotická strategie banky bez tahu na branku. Nedostatečná podpora nového zaměstnance pro zapracování ze strany přímého nadřízeného. Celkově spíše špatná interní komunikace napříč bankou. Neefektivní a nejednotné vnitřní procesy/systémy.

Férové jednání, slušné a spravedlivé.
Vzhledem k množství poskytovaných produktů si troufám říct, že banka nebyla konkurenceschopná

Kolegyně na oddělení byly fajn. Jinak bohužel nefungovalo nic.
Nic nefungovalo. Nic nebylo tak, jak bylo domluveno. Nastoupil jsem do rozpadlého oddělení. Po měsíci dala výpověď i nadřízená, která mě nabírala. Chování k lidem v této bance je přímo šílené.

Možnost jezdit do práce na kole.
Lidé se báli o práci, spíše přepisovali úkoly než je řešili, protože ten, kdo měl všechno hotové, se cítil ohrožený. Nový majitel naštěstí rychle pochopil tuto situaci a okamžitě ji změnil tím, že naplnil jejich obavy.
