Pestrá tvůrčí práce s působností po celé ČR. Možnost vyzkoušet nové postupy, tvořit vlastní projekty, realizovat na míru připravené eventy. Setkání a spolupráce s předními osobnostmi ČR sportu.
Šéf má vždy pravdu.

Je to již delší dobu co jsem tam pracovala. Kolektiv byl tenkrát výborný, práce taky. S gen.ředitelem Ing. Beránkem jsem byla nesmírně spokojená, vůči mě byl férový. Po jeho kauze jsem odešla také. Na těchto skoro 18 let u VoZP velice ráda vzpomínám.
teď bohužel o VoZP nic bližšího nevím, jen jsem od založení u ní pojištěná

flexibilní pracovní doba, dostatek benefitů, slušná mzda
téměř žádné metodické vedení, nedostatek školení, nízká součinnost zaměstnavatele a zaměstnanců, nedostatek informací o firmě směrem k zaměstnancům

s nadšením kolegů, kteří zde pracovali, většinou příjemní lidé
chaotické vedení, kterému šlo spíše o osobní zájmy než o zájmy pojišťovny. Skvělý vedoucí byl vyměněn za aktivního, ale chaotického šéfa, který nedokázal podržet svoje lidi ( již tam není, ale zřejmě nové vedení bude podobného rázu)
