Někdy když jste pracovití, důkladní, zodpovědní, tak se to tu velmi využije a zneužije, ale nikdo vás za to finančně ani jinak neohodnotí. A pak vidíte, že někdo kdo nepracuje ani tak jak má, dostane finanční odměny, vlastně za nic, jen protože to systém a někdo umožní.

Zajímavá a pestrá náplň práce (někdy až moc :-)
Spousta stresu, profesionální práce se znalosti jazyků a odpovědnosti za malou mzdu. Žádný pořádný zástup, nutnost stálého zpracovávání e-mailů a informací během volna, dovolené, o víkendech, chybí možnost naprosto vypnout a odpočinout si od pracovní problematiky. Totálně podcenená personální politika.

Pracovala jsem pro vzdělané lidi, kterých jsem si vážila.
Finanční ohodnocení nebylo adekvátní vykonané práci a času stráveného na pracovišti.
Jobs fit for working parents
Matky s malými dětmi se nemusí bát pokud jim dětmi onemocní, že se bude zaměstnavateli vadit OČR.Je ochoten i přistoupit na zkrácený úvazek.

Nízký plat Objem práce vysoce překračuje rámec úvazku. Systémy jsou často nefunkční nebo nepracují tak, jak by měly. Podstatné informace (o rekonstrukcích, uzavírce parkoviště, apod.) jsou sdělovány na poslední chvíli nebo se zpožděním. Většina postupů je zastaralá a zbytečně komplikovaná.

Pracovala jsem zde asi před 31 roky, takže vše co jsem zaškrtla může být zcela úplně jinak. Mně osobně se práce líbila kolegové a nadřízení byli moc fain.
