Včasné a pravidelné platba na ůčet, velmi zajímavá práce na památkách
Absolutní absence slovního obratu RODINNÉ STŘÍBRRO. Vedení si neumí vážit šikovných lidí a pamatuji spoustu odvborníků kteří odešli kvůli 5 kč na hodinu.
Meaningful work
No myslím si že na trhu práce ve směru rekonstrukce památek je ,nebo byla firma Tocháček na jižní moravě v čele.měla i skvělé odborníky ale nevážila si příliš tohoto vlastnictví a lidově řečeno hazela je do stejného pytle ,což je zásadní chyba na kterou bohužel doplatila a dnes již jenom vzpomíná na krásné časy a věnuje se s tím co jí zbylo už čemukoliv.Proto myslím že by se měla vrátit ke svým kořenům a změnit personální politiku,která byla v minulosti doslova sebevražedná a ve firmě profitovali pouze dva lidé.Ostatní nebyli motivováni.S pozdravem Vargai Pavel.

Žádné benefity v podobě dovolené navíc, stravenek, auta a podobně. Žádný motivační program ohledně odměn.
