Oceňuji zejména: - že zaměstnavatel dává prostor pro seberealizaci a rozvoj zaměstnanců. - vztah mezi zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem je založen na důvěře. - i při počtu přes 150 zaměstnanců je PATOK stále rodinnou firmou

Nejvíce oceňuji férový a vlídný přístup vedení. V dnešní době a po tolika pracovních zkušenostech jsem za takový přístup opravdu vděčná. Benefity jsou velmi dobré. Přínosná práce pro životní prostředí.
