Slušný zamestnavatel, ktery se k zamestnancum chova slušně aa férově. Majitel se neboji navazat kontakt i s řadovými zaměstnanci. Za dobrý výkon jste odměněni. Kariérní postup je též reálný, stačí poctivě pracovat. Kdybych se nastěhoval z města zustanu na věky.

Možnost cokoliv ovlivnit Svoboda a zodpovědnost Individuální přístup Férovost a upřímnost

Svou velikostí se firma dostala do fáze, kdy ne všichni zaměstnanci pracují, tak jak mají.

svižná, inovativní společnost je tu možnost změn a podílení se na projektech, novinkách dobré zázemí stabilita

Otevřenost jinému názoru Možnost růstu a vzdělávání se Svoboda - mám volnost v tom, co dělám

Někdy je to tu náročné, když se sejde více požadavků, ale čím je člověk starší a zkušenější, tím lépe se mu s tím pracuje.

Complex tasks

Protože projekty, na kterých můžeme dělat, jsou obří a člověk si na nich osahá téměř cokoli. Nebo můžeme dělat věci, které jinde dělat nemůžeme a občas může být náročné že jsme první, kdo tu věc dělají.

Informal work atmosphere

Nemáme dress code, tykáme si včetně vedení, můžeme si vzít do práce psa, můžeme mít na stole co chceme.
