Dm si váží svých spolupracovníků. Všichni jsme si rovni a společně jsme na jedné lodi. 🤩 Pokud má člověk zájem a práce ho baví tak mu dm nabízí spoustu možností se dále rozvíjet a vzdělávat. Dm je pro mě nejlepší zaměstnavatel a svoji práci miluji. 💗

Vždy se dá něco zlepšit, třeba i nějakým malým benefitem navíc.

Oceňuji možnost individuální rozložení směn. Benefity jako jsou stravenky, vzdělávací kurzy a možnost osobního i pracovního rozvoje.
