Vcelku neoceňuji nic. Management je mladý a velmi nezkušený. Nechovají se dobře ke zkušeným pracovníkům. Chybí jím praktické zkušenosti.
Vyměnil bych celé vedení. Jsou nezkušení a nemají žádné praktické zkušenosti.

Ve firmě, kde vládne nezkušený management, donášení a protekce, se nejlépe naučíte na čem záleží a co je škodlivé.

Kolektiv, dobrá práce, příjmné prostředí, příjemní vedoucí a lidé okolo firmy.
Starší stroje, které by už mohly být obnoveny za novější kousky.
