- zajímavá práce, která není monotónní - hrdost na značku MADETA - pracovní vztahy a respekt - možnost vyjádřit se k řešení problémů

- velká vzdálenost od bydliště

Security and stability

Dlouhá tradice výroby a oblíbená značka spotřebitelů. Nestalo se, že by došlo k výpadku v měsíčních výplatách. Spousta benefitů.

Praci si tzv. nenosim domu.

Testovani zamestnancu na Covid. Madeta se mohla vzeprit protizakonnemu opatreni, ktere pozdeji smetl soud.

Pěkné benefity : obědy, nákup výrobků Madety za nižší cenu, příspěvek na důchod... Oceňuji lidský a vstřícný přístup k zaměstnancům na mém pracovišti ( netýká se všech oddělení).

Nízké platy řidičů a zaměstnanců skladu.
