skvělá společnost, stále pod původním českým vedením, i přes množství zaměstnanců udržuje velmi pěkné až rodinné vztahy, vedení se k zaměstnancům chová hezky a váží si jich, kolegové jsou přátelští, komunikují, rádi pomohou v začátcích, podělí se o zkušenosti, sdílejí informace
někteří jednotlivci z řad nadřízených "neměří" všem stejně, na různé členy týmu uplatňovány různé nároky (náplň práce vs. ohodnocení)

zajímavý benefit - možnost nákupu Madeta produktů za velmi zajímavé ceny pro řadové pracovníky férové zacházení, silné odbory

S chováním nadřízených.Je neslušné a neférové.Nemají úctu k zaměstnancům.A přitom na obyčejných dělnících podnik stojí.Poslední rok je situace hodně vyhrocená.Další věc jsou odměny.Chtělo by to se zamyslet nad spravedlivém odměňování.

Oceňuji možnost levného nákupu v kantýně
Ocenil bych možnost dalšího vzdělávání Neexistuje systém hodnocení pracovníků na jednotlivých pozicích, nebere se v potaz délka praxe,zkušeností a znalostí. Kariérní růst jen pro "někoho"
