Relativne slusna firemni kultura, akce pro zamestnance
Nadrazene chovani vysokeho managementu k pesakum, kteri vykonavaji tu tezkou a pro ne spinavou praci(=prodej velmi drahych produktu) a firmu vlastne zivi.... + neustale a nesmyslne porovnavani se v ramci skupiny PPF s pobockami na rychle rostoucich asijskych trzich, kterym prirozene nelze stacit ve vysledcich...

Přátelský přístup, férový nadřízený, pěkně prostředí.
Chování vyššího managementu-ve firmě se hraje na přátelskou atmosféru, ale někdo z managementu vám ani neodpoví na pozdrav. Celkové zpracování nových věcí - vše se řeší a opravuje za běhu. Předávání informací mezí odděleními.
