I když jsem aktuálně na mateřské/rodičovské dovolené, ACOMWARE mi nabídl i nadále spolupráci a velmi se mi přizpůsobil. Můžu si tak přivydělat peníze a zůstat v úzkém kontaktu s firmou a s lidmi, které mám ráda.
Když jsem nastoupila, firma byla skoro poloviční a vše bylo postaveno na důvěře, což při akturálním růstu firmy není možné. ACOMWARE v tomto již pokročil, ale stále to není stoprocentní a pořád je to tu trochu punkové :-) (Ale některým tento styl zase vyhovuje :-) )

Nejvíce si cením firemní kultury, pracovní svobody nebo prostoru pro kreativní a inovativní řešení. Zároveň velmi oceňuji práci HR - teambuildingy a interní komunikace. Skvělým benefitem je i otevřený přístup ke vzdělávání a rozvoji. Je báječné pracovat s inspirativními lidmi s vysokou odborností.

Důvěra, volnost, možnost kariérního postupu.
Některé věci zjednodušit, ale to je problém u všech větších firem.
