Jasně nastavená pravidla. Dobrý, férový nadřízený - team leader. Až na výjimky kolektiv slušných a zajímavých lidí.
Nesnášela jsem kontroly při východu z pracovní haly. Ze začátku mně to zase tak moc nevadilo, chápala jsem důvod. Ale postupem času mi to vadilo čím dál víc, že jsem pořád za potencionálního zloděje a ke konci už jsem to vyloženě nenáviděla.

Práce mne velmi bavila. Bohužel, byl to rychlík do kterého naskočil kde kdo a ta práce nebyla úplně pro každého. Proto byly výsledky občas katastrofální. Hodně nedořešené přijímání nových zaměstnanců.
Uvnitř firmy, hodně špatná komunikace na vyšších pozicích mezi nadřízeným a podřízeným.
Opportunity to learn new things
Učí se pracovat v týmu, rozvíjet svoje dovednosti (prednosti). Plánovat. Systematicky pracovat podle daných plánů.
Varied work
Možnost karierniho růst závisí na aktivitě v prostorách linky. Čím více zvládá člověk dovednosti tím líp se může posouvat směrem výš, jak v platovem tak pracovním růstu. Pokud je člověk manuálně zrucny práce ho bude bavit.

Cenila sem si finančního hodnocení na pozicích.
Změnila bych aby se vrátil velký projekt ve kterém jsem pracovala a dál mohla vykonávat svou práci.
