Je to firma u které vidím stabilní budoucnost. O produkt je velký zájem. Firma se neustále rozšiřuje a pořizuje nové technologie. Občas to samozřejmně skřípe, ale ve většině případů se všichni snaží táhnout za jeden provaz.
Občas jsou přijímána nesmyslná rozhodnutí nepodložená čísly, ale alespoň je ochota o tom diskutovat. Občas chybí procesy a některé činnosti se řídí garážovým způsobem.

Cely kolektiv spolecnosti je spise mladsi, ale nechybi zkuseni "matadori", kteri predavaji informace a zkusenosti
Freedom and independence
Prace v ZEBRu se sklada jak z operativni cinnosti, tak z dlouhodobych rozvojovych ukolu a v obou techto oblastech poskytuje spolecnost moznost spolecne stanovit zpusoby reseni a terminy a nasledne si danou problematiku ridit a spolurozhodovat.
