Oceňuji možnost se podílet na nových věcech. Mám rád možnost si sám řídit práci. Líbí se mi, že se všichni dobře známe, vím na koho se můžu obrátit. Ve Kbelích se dá dobře parkovat.
Některé procesy jsou nedokonalé, potřeboval bych je mít jasnéjší.

V Greenu oceňuji rodinný kolektiv a týmového ducha, který se zde drží i přes narůstající počet zaměstnanců. Nadřízení se vždy snaží vyhovět svým zaměstnancům a také pomoci, když neví kudy kam.

Do všech postupů výroby jsem byl perfektně uveden, na pracovišti panovala přátelská atmosféra a v případě potřeby mi vždy byl někdo ochotný poradit.
