Nadřízený pracovník neměl nejmenší tušení, co moje práce obnáší, neuměl jí ani pojmenovat. Od takové osoby se těžko dočkáte ocenění, popř. zastání. Celá administrativa je složena ze známých, někým přivedených osob, nehraje zde roli vzdělání!!! Neexistuje zde karierní růst, nemůžete projevit vlastní názor. V této nemocnici bych se NIKDY nenechala léčit!
