Mohu se rozvíjet ve více oblastech, než které už ovládám. Je mi dána obrovská svoboda, důvěra a možnost ovlivňovat budoucnost firmy. I když se něco nepovede, tak se nemusím bát nějakých sankcí nebo posměchu, ale z chyb se člověk poučí do budoucna. Panuje tady uvolněná a velmi přátelská atmosféra.
Každý den vymýšlíme nové věci, neustále přichází nové nápady a pořád přemýšlíme nad tím, jak pracovat lépe a jak posouvat firmu tam, kam chceme. Takže se na tom můžu podílet aniž bych musela být ředitelkou :)
