Vše ok bez připomínek, klasická nadnárodní korporace s propracovaným řízením.
Flexible working hours
Pokud máte splněné úkoly, jste včas a připraven na sjednané schůzky, oddělení není v červených číslech, nikoho nezajímá jak chodíte do práce.
Complex tasks
Velká nadnárodní společnost, více výběrových řízení, větší rozmanitost zakázek. S tím spojená větší pravděpodobnost v jakémkoliv stupni řízení narazit na náročnou velkou zakázku. Ale zde záleží jak si představujete pojem náročné úkoly, zda velikostí stavby nebo možnosti samostatně řídit a plnit úkoly.

Možnost podílet se na velmi zajímavých projektech, stabilní firma. Málo možnosti rozvoje a růstu.
Možnost dále se vzdělávat. Lepší organizace práce a skloubení práce a osobního života.

Silná firma, skvělé vybavení, ekonomicky velmi silná, můj problém byl pouze s mým přímím nadřízeným. Kdyby tento problém nenastal, neodešel bych.
