jednoduché řízní společnosti, žádná složitá hierarchie
Neumožňují "Home office"
Non-stressful work
Jedná se o rodinnou společnost, kde není složitá organizační struktura, s množstvím řídících pracovníků
Informal work atmosphere
Řízení společnosti a jednotlivých projektů je velmi přímočaré, bez složité hierarchie.

Férové a vstřícné jednání, možnost domluvy, dobrý kolektiv, hodně benefitů, mzda pravidelně na účtu.
více prostoru pro home office.

Nejvíce jsem spokojen s atmosférou na středisku 210, kde jsou vztahy mezi lidmi férové a celkově fungujeme jako jeden tým.
Myslím si, že bychom mohli cca po 5-6letech pravidelně měnit vozový park na úrovni vedoucích projektů či obchodníků. Jiné firmy to tak dělají. U nás to bohužel není pravidlo a když jedeme na nějaké jednání tak to pro reprezentaci firmy nepůsobí nejlépe.

Vcelku dobrý tým, příjemné pracovní prostředí
Zásadně změnit správu budov, rozhýbat dopravu a mechanizaci, stárnoucí tým techniků, zrušit sklad
