Kolegové a kolegyně jsou vstřícní, nápomocní a pomohli mi při nástupu do Aukra. Cením si toho, že mi nikdo nedá košem, když potřebuji pomoci nebo zjistit informace. Oceňuji možnost naplánovat si svůj den - nemáme pevnou pracovní dobu a dá se tak svůj čas skloubit s prací. Z benefitů je super hrazená angličtina.
Nějaké nástroje pro práci nejsou nejnovější nebo nám chybí někde procesy, které by nám práci zjednodušily.

Suprově dynamická firma, žádný korporát. Jeden den se dohodneme co je třeba a do týdne je to hotové. Firmá má vizi, teambuildign 2-3 do roka, ochotní kolegové.

Informal work atmosphere
Otevřená a přímá komunikace. V Aukru můžete vyjadřovat své názory a nápady = lepší spolupráce a pohodové prostředí.
Opportunities for career advancement
Je to samozřejmě otázka času a schopností. Ve firmě je mnoho oddělení a s ohledem na expanzi do dalších zemí se otevírají nové příležitosti.

Pracujeme na zajímavých projektech a oceňuji neustálou snahu firmy posouvat se kupředu – to mi pomáhá i v mém profesním rozvoji. Vážím si vstřícného přístupu a skvělých vztahů mezi kolegy, a to jak v rámci oddělení, tak napříč celou firmou.

Jako máma se dvěma dětmi si nemůžu vynachválit flexibilní pracovní dobu a téměř full remote mód (aneb do kanceláře jak se Vám chce, pokud se chcete vidět s kolegy). Nebyl problém s částečným úvazkem po mateřské. V Aukru jsou všichni velmi lidští a přátelští. U nás v týmu se hodně dbá na sebevzdělávání, které si člověk sám řídí a nastavuje si ho s nadřízeným na 1:1.
Plat není jako v zahraničním korporátu, ale ty benefity, co Aukro nabízí to prostě převyšují :)
