Jsem tu velice spokojená! Kolektiv je tady super a není si na co stěžovat. Líbí se mi tu, jak se tu jedná férově, cokoliv máte na srdci, tak se podle toho přizpůsobí, jedná se o tom a daná věc se řeší. Je tu flexibilní pracovní doba, každý pátek HO, v kanceláři nás pozdraví i naši psí kolegové, vždy v kuchyňce najdeme něco dobrého na zub. Pořádají se tady různě teambuildingové akce, společné snidaně i obědy.

- jsem zde naprosto spokojená, jednají zde velmi lidsky a chápavě vůči potřebám zaměstnanců - líbí se mi taky formát "you get what you give", tzn. pokud do toho dáte 100% a snažíte se, odrazí se to na dalších možnostech, které Vám firma může dát (postup na vyšší pozice a další) - flexibilní pracovní doba, home office, dog office, skvělé technické vybavení, recruiter licence - pořádají se teambuildingy, v kuchyňce je vždy něco dobrého :)

Férovost a super kolegové. Velká čásová flexibilita, pokud je práce hotová. Moderní zařízení. Skvělé teambuildingy.

-podpora rozvoje zaměstnanců -skvělý kolektiv a dobré pracovní prostředí (zamětnavateli záleží na dobré pracovní atmosféře a zajímá se o případné nedostatky, aby je mohl eliminovat) -férový přístup s respektem (zaměstnavatel se zajímá o spokojenost zaměstnanců a pravidelně se každého ptá na názor) -benefity -pravidelné teambuildingy každy měsíc(společné obědy, deskovky, bowling, grilovaní apod.) -flexibilní pracovní doba -práce, kam člověk chodí rád
Ve srovnání s předchozím zaměstnáním(práce u mobilního operátora-korporátu) je tohle práce snů.

V SearchTeamu jsem velice spokojena a nejvíce si zde vážím lidského jednání a přátelského přístupu. Zakládáme si na dobré firemní kultuře, a proto se ve firmě cítím jako důležitý člen týmu, nikdo se nademnou nepovyšuje, máme skvělé teamleadery a super vedení. Je zde také možnost kariérního růstu, který snad ani nemá strop. Ve firmě mi také vyhovuje flexibilní pracovní doba, home a dog office :).

Ve společnosti jsem skoro od začátku. A po několika stěhování, rozrůstání se a X letech spolupráce jsem stále spokojený. Na politice a kultuře společnosti je pro mne velmi cenné férové jednání, důraz na kvalitu odvedené práce a spokojenost klientů a zaměstnanců. Dostal jsem příležitost nabrat obrovské spektrum zkušeností a know-how, na kterém mohu dále stavět. Z hlediska odborného/profesního rozvoje a růstu jsem byl vždy limitován maximálně sám sebou. Dalším faktorem je samozřejmě dobré finanční ohodnocení, které ale není zadarmo :-) Co bych u nás určitě nehledal, tak možnost flákat se. A pokud se do firmy vloží trochu toho "potu a krve", tak se vám to vrátí.

- Ve společnosti oslavím s kolegy již čtvrté vánoce. Jsem tu velice spokojená. Není nic co bychom společně nevyřešili. - Kolegové podají za každých okolností pomocnou ruku a ze vším pomohou. - Fajn jsou páteční HO a v letních měsících je možnost pracovat např. 14 dní v kuse z chaty či chalupy. - Panuje zde opravdu přátelská atmosféra.
- Tak to opravdu nevím :)
