Introduction

Kaufland je lídrem na tuzemském trhu s potravinami. Zakládáme si na rychlosti, kvalitě a vstřícném jednání se zákazníky. Kromě České republiky působíme i v dalších 7 zemích Evropy a stále expandujeme. Na českém trhu působíme od roku 1998, kdy byla otevřena historicky první prodejna. Aktuálně v České republice provozujeme více než 140 prodejen, dvě logistická centra, vlastní masozávod a také centrálu se širokou škálou uplatnění.

Flexible working hours
Jedná se o to, že někdy když je málo práce jsme na skladě sotva 7 hodin i s půlhodinovou přestávkou. Někdy když je hodně práce můžeme zde být až 11,5 hodiny. Hodiny které které odpracujeme navíc (po 8 hodinách nahoru) se nám sčítají a můžeme si za ně čerpat placené dovolené navíc!

Moc se mi líbí přístup nadřízených, konkrétně mé nadřízené. Vždy se na ní můžu obrátit, což v ne každé společnosti bývá samozřejmostí. Dále oceňuji pro mne ten nejlepší benefit - multisport karta jenom za 260 Kč na měsíc!
