Introduction

Kaufland je lídrem na tuzemském trhu s potravinami. Zakládáme si na rychlosti, kvalitě a vstřícném jednání se zákazníky. Kromě České republiky působíme i v dalších 7 zemích Evropy a stále expandujeme. Na českém trhu působíme od roku 1998, kdy byla otevřena historicky první prodejna. Aktuálně v České republice provozujeme více než 140 prodejen, dvě logistická centra, vlastní masozávod a také centrálu se širokou škálou uplatnění.

Oceňuji pomalu se zlepšující benefity. A naučila jsem se trpělivost s lidmi i když někdy je to hodně těžké.

Nejtěžší práce je s limi, lepší finanční ohodnocení by bylo fajn.

Zajímavé benefity Karta edenred,ale mohla by být i na potraviny...

Slevy by se mohly nabídnout nejdřív zaměstnancům,pak až zákazníkům....např.u baleného masa,mléčné výrobky.... Skříňky v šatnách by mohly být o něco širší Zrušení 50 Kč za čekání u pokladen

Dobré benefity i finanční ohodnocení.

Důslednost, férovost některých lidí na prodejně. Mělo by se zavést osobní ohodnocení.
