Introduction

Kaufland je lídrem na tuzemském trhu s potravinami. Zakládáme si na rychlosti, kvalitě a vstřícném jednání se zákazníky. Kromě České republiky působíme i v dalších 7 zemích Evropy a stále expandujeme. Na českém trhu působíme od roku 1998, kdy byla otevřena historicky první prodejna. Aktuálně v České republice provozujeme více než 140 prodejen, dvě logistická centra, vlastní masozávod a také centrálu se širokou škálou uplatnění.

Celkem dobrý plat.
Úplně všechno, hlavně jednání k zaměstnancům, pochvalit je když něco bylo dobře, nenadavat za každou vec, pracovní dobu, bych se znazila dohodnou se zaměstnancem aby to vyhovovalo oběma stranám...

Jako zkušenost dobré, ale nikdy více!!!
Možnost realizace zaměstnanců a jejich pořádná motivace, ne jen výhružky. Odměny pro kvalitní pracovníky.
